  • What is the cost of bass lessons?

    Depending on the the length of the classes, the price ranges from $140-$280 per month for weekly lessons.

  • Do I need to have my own bass or does Big Star Music Academy provide one?

    We encourage all students to have their own personal bass guitar. This allows for the student to practice daily and progress quicker. 

  • How long will it take for me or my child to get good at playing the bass?

    With weekly bass lessons and consistent practice, children and adults can play with basic proficiency as soon as 6 months. Each student is different, but 30 minutes of practice per day is recommended for each student. 

  • Do you offer one-on-one bass lessons?

    Yes! We teach private bass lessons in-person or online to best meet the needs of all with a passion to learn to play the bass guitar.

  • Do you offer online bass lessons?

    Yes, Big Star Music Academy offers online one-on-one versions of all our music programs in an effort to ensure all can enjoy quality music lessons. All students have the option to choose to take lessons online or in our studio. Learn more about our online music lessons now.
